Yes. 15 minutes, no hidden costs, no catch. If we can't help, we'll let you know. The only exception: Code Rescue emergencies have a priority fee.
How soon will I get a response?

Within 24 hours on business days. In emergencies (website down, hacking): via Code-Rescue in under 30 minutes.
Will I receive a confirmation after submitting the form?

Yes. You'll immediately receive an automatic confirmation email with a copy of your request and the estimated response time. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or call us directly.
Will my information be shared with others?

No. We process your data solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not share your data with third parties, nor do we track you via Facebook pixels or similar technologies.
Can I have an NDA in place beforehand?

Yes, we’re happy to do that for sensitive projects. Just let us know when you first contact us—we’ll send you our sample NDA as a PDF. We’ll also sign your NDA template.
What payment methods do you accept?

Invoice with a 14-day payment term following completion of services. For initial orders, a down payment is optional (typically 30–50% at the start of the project).
