Short answer: In most cases, yes. TYPO3 v13.4 LTS introduces UI improvements such as drag-and-drop in the Page module, performance optimizations, the latest security standards, and content blocks (a core feature since v13.2). Minimum requirement: PHP 8.2.

Critical factor: Third-party extensions that are not compatible with v13. We assess this during the analysis phase and provide a realistic timeline before commitment. It depends on the use case. TYPO3 is clearly superior for multi-site setups, complex permissions, multilingual capabilities, compliance, and enterprise requirements.
