Only if you specifically ask us to. By default, everything is done in your name—we’re the invisible force behind the scenes. If you’d like, we can act under an account name of your choice.
Via WordPress admin access or SFTP/SSH access. We create separate accounts and delete them upon request once the project is complete. No permanent access without your consent.
We adapt to your tools: Jira, Asana, Basecamp, Trello, Slack, email. No need to onboard into our system. A briefing can even be a quick email—we’ll ask specific follow-up questions if necessary.
Custom child themes, Gutenberg (Core and ACF blocks), Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder. For proprietary themes, we check in advance whether customizations can be implemented cleanly—no half-baked fixes, only if it can be done properly.
As part of routine maintenance, yes: automated backups, security scans, login protection, and update cycles. As a one-time service, available upon request. Code-Rescue is available for urgent security incidents.
We ask specific questions before we get started—no assumptions that could end up costing you later. We don’t estimate the cost until the scope is clear. You’ll know the price upfront.
Yes: products, customer accounts, order history, payment providers. We also handle migrations from Shopify, Shopware, or other systems to WooCommerce. Scope and effort are defined upfront—no surprises.
You’ll always receive a rough estimate of the cost free of charge and with no obligation. If you need a reliable fixed-price quote, you can commission a binding project scoping (scope of work, tech stack, timeline, fixed price) separately—you’ll receive a fixed-price roadmap that’s yours to keep. Flat rate: €250 net.
If the project is awarded, we’ll credit 100% of the scoping fee toward the project total—even if your end client’s approval comes weeks later. If the project isn’t awarded, the scoping fee will be billed 14 days after delivery; you get to keep the finished roadmap.
Either way, it’s fair: serious projects effectively cost you nothing—and we don’t waste senior staff time on the proposal merry-go-round.
