Only if you specifically ask us to. By default, everything goes through you—we’re the invisible force behind the scenes.
You send us the requirements, we provide a time estimate within 4 business hours, and you prepare the quote. Our hours plus your markup equal your quote to the client.
Any additional costs will be communicated to you directly before they arise. No unpleasant surprises for you when billing your client.
We work with the tools you use. Jira, Asana, Basecamp, Trello, Slack, email—we adapt to you, not the other way around.
No framework agreement required. NDA required starting with the first project; billing is based on actual hours worked or a flat rate for the Capacity Pod. The test sprint is a one-time commitment with no further obligations.
Unused hours roll over to the following month for up to one month. This ensures that the Pod remains fair, even if requests don't come in at a steady rate.
Code-Rescue is our premium emergency service for critical outages: developers unavailable, deployment failures, website down, or just before a launch deadline. Not included in the Pod quota; billed separately starting at €270/hour, including night and weekend hours. Response time < 30 minutes; deployment-ready < 4 hours on weekdays.
You’ll always receive a rough estimate of the cost free of charge and with no obligation. If you need a reliable fixed-price quote, you can commission a binding project scoping (scope of work, tech stack, timeline, fixed price) separately—you’ll receive a fixed-price roadmap that’s yours to keep. Flat rate: €250 net.
If the project is awarded, we’ll credit 100% of the scoping fee toward the project total—even if your end client’s approval comes weeks later. If the project isn’t awarded, the scoping fee will be billed 14 days after delivery; you keep the finished roadmap.
Either way, it’s fair: serious projects effectively cost you nothing—and we don’t waste senior staff time on the proposal merry-go-round.
