Website Redesign
Focus on visual refresh: new design, revamped layout, modern look and feel. The technology and structure remain largely unchanged. Typical timeframe: 3–8 weeks.
Website relaunch and redesign for WordPress or TYPO3. Includes comprehensive SEO redirect mapping. Starting at €5,400 (net). Dennis personally oversees the project.
Your website is outdated, slow, or no longer fits your business. It’s time for a relaunch. But if you relaunch your website without considering search engine visibility, you risk losing up to 95% of your traffic—we see this regularly in projects that were redesigned without SEO support.
We plan and guide your website relaunch from analysis through to go-live. Technology, design, content, and SEO—all from a single source. Whether you’re relaunching your website, redesigning your homepage, or switching to a completely new CMS: Dennis Hüttner personally oversees every relaunch project.
Distinction Between Terms
Three terms, three different focuses.
Focus on visual refresh: new design, revamped layout, modern look and feel. The technology and structure remain largely unchanged. Typical timeframe: 3–8 weeks.
Complete overhaul: new design plus new technology (often a new CMS), new site structure, content migration, SEO redirect mapping. The most comprehensive option. Typical timeframe: 6–12 weeks.
Focus on technology migration—such as from WordPress to TYPO3 or vice versa. Design and content remain intact. Typical timeframe: 3–6 weeks.
When is it appropriate?
If two or more of these points apply, a relaunch is likely the right move. Otherwise, website optimization is often sufficient.
The CMS no longer receives updates, has slow loading times, and has mobile issues.
The company has evolved, but the website looks like it's from 2015.
Even though you offer great services, people can't find you—your structure, content, and technology aren't up to par.
Every change requires a developer—the system is too complicated.
From TYPO3 to WordPress, or vice versa, or from a drag-and-drop builder to a professional system.
What does a relaunch entail?
What happens during every relaunch.
Crawl with Screaming Frog, GSC analysis, identification of high-traffic pages. Details: SEO audit.
Custom-designed—no templates. Site structure optimized for both visitors and Google. Responsive design, of course.
WordPress or TYPO3. Clean code, fast loading times, security. For TYPO3 upgrades, see the v13 upgrade.
The most important thing: Don’t lose any traffic. Every old URL redirected to a new one—clean, complete, and verified. Indexing monitoring after go-live.
Existing content has been transferred, cleaned up, and revised where necessary. No text is lost. New content can be added upon request.
Manage it yourself—or let us handle it for you with our website management service starting at €864/month.

How much does a relaunch cost?
Fixed price based on analysis or hourly rate (€108/hour, billed in 15-minute increments). Initial analysis fee: €864 — charged upon acceptance of the order.
A simple web design update using the existing technology, or a small-scale complete relaunch. URLs will remain the same.
SME website with a complete relaunch, including SEO support and redirect mapping. Standard option.
Enterprise relaunch featuring a CMS migration, multilingual support, APIs, and compliance.
Purely a technical change with no redesign. The design and content remain the same—but with a new CMS behind the scenes.
Traffic Retention Commitment
We guarantee complete 301 redirect mapping for all existing URLs with significant organic traffic (based on GSC data from the past 12 months). If, after the site goes live, redirect errors on our part result in a loss of more than 10% of organic traffic, we will resolve the issue at no additional cost—until the baseline is restored.
We cannot guarantee that the relaunch will improve your rankings—that depends on too many factors. The guarantee applies to maintaining traffic, not to improving rankings.

Not with us. Complete 301 redirect mapping of all top URLs (GSC-verified), indexing monitoring after go-live, and a traffic retention guarantee of up to 10% loss. Those who relaunch without SEO support often lose 30–95% of their traffic—we see this all the time.
Small: 4–6 weeks; Medium: 6–10 weeks; Large: 10–16 weeks. Migration without a redesign: 3–6 weeks. Depends on the decision-making process on your end.

A common scenario. We regularly migrate in both directions. URL structure, 301 redirects, content structure, schema markup—everything needs to be rethought. Allow 3–6 weeks for migration without a redesign, and 6–12 weeks for a complete relaunch.
4 weeks of post-launch support included in the project price: monitoring indexing, checking redirects, measuring performance. After that, transition to website maintenance starting at €864/month or full handover.
During the initial consultation, we’ll discuss the scope, risks, and next steps. Initial analysis starting at €864 (billable).
