If your client needs a direct point of contact for SEO: We’ll act as your agency’s independent SEO specialist, not as Waterproof. We’ll use an email address from your domain, a signature tailored to your specifications, and we’ll include you in calls or at least keep you informed. You set the parameters.

As a PDF or Google Slides file in your template. If you have a branding template, we’ll adapt to it. If not, we’ll create a neutral version without any watermark elements.
Only if you enable it. We work with GSC exports, directly assigned user permissions, or through your reporting tool. No access to more than is necessary.
Only if you specifically request it. The standard procedure is: We send all deliverables to you, and you forward them to your client. We remain out of sight.
TYPO3 (all versions since v7), WordPress (including WooCommerce), and other systems upon request. We’ve been working with TYPO3 since v4—no CMS migration is necessary for in-depth technical SEO work.
For a standard website (fewer than 500 pages), delivery within 5 business days of receiving the project. Larger projects are subject to individual consultation. We will provide a binding estimate in advance.
We provide a transparent estimate of the workload in advance. If it exceeds the pod’s capacity, we’ll work it out together: either prioritize it or book it as an additional hourly budget. No surprises when it comes to billing.
Yes, with clear quality standards: we only build links based on genuine relevance—no link farms, no mass outreach. We’ll provide you with a list of targeted link sources in advance for your approval.
You’ll always receive a rough estimate of the cost free of charge and with no obligation. If you need a reliable fixed-price quote, you can commission a binding project scoping (scope of work, tech stack, timeline, fixed price) separately—you’ll receive a fixed-price roadmap that’s yours to keep. Flat rate: €250 net.
If the project is awarded, we’ll credit 100% of the scoping fee toward the project total—even if your end client’s approval doesn’t come until weeks later. If the project isn’t awarded, the scoping fee will be billed 14 days after delivery; you keep the finished roadmap.
Either way, it’s fair: serious projects effectively cost you nothing—and we don’t waste senior staff time on the proposal merry-go-round.
