We have hands-on experience with TYPO3 from v4 through v13—no just reading changelogs, but real-world migration. Our current focus: v10, v11, v12, v13, and upgrades from older versions to v13.
We start by performing a compatibility check on all extensions in the staging environment, document the risks, and provide a transparent estimate of the effort involved. Once you give the go-ahead, we carry out the migration in stages. We’ll work with you to schedule the go-live date.
SSH access to the server or DDEV access, Composer credentials if needed, and Git access to your repository. We will create separate accounts and delete them upon request once the project is complete.
Only at your express request. By default, all communication goes through you. Upon request, we can use an email address from your domain—as your agency’s TYPO3 specialist, not as Waterproof.

Code-Rescue steps in during critical emergencies: deployment failures, site downtime, hacks, or issues right before a launch deadline. Billed separately starting at €270/hour, with a response time of under 30 minutes. Pod and hourly plans are for predictable implementation—Code-Rescue is for anything that requires immediate attention.
You’ll always receive a rough estimate of the cost free of charge and with no obligation. If you need a reliable fixed-price quote, you can commission a binding project scoping (scope of work, tech stack, timeline, fixed price) separately—you’ll receive a fixed-price roadmap that’s yours to keep. Flat rate: €250 net.
If the project is awarded, we’ll credit 100% of the scoping fee toward the project total—even if your end client’s approval comes weeks later. If the project isn’t awarded, the scoping fee will be billed 14 days after delivery; you keep the finished roadmap.
Either way, it’s fair: serious projects effectively cost you nothing—and we don’t waste senior staff time on endless proposal cycles.
