Admin-C

What is Admin-C?

The Admin-C (Administrative Contact) is the administrative contact person for a .de domain at DENIC, that is, the individual who is legally authorized to make decisions on behalf of the domain owner. In the event of a disagreement with the owner, the Admin-C is authorized to act on the owner’s behalf. At Waterproof Web Wizard, we recommend: Designate someone as Admin-C only if they are actually reachable and have decision-making authority, never an uninvolved person, otherwise you risk losing control.
