Inbound Marketing

What is Inbound Marketing?

Inbound marketing is a marketing approach in which customers are drawn to an offering through helpful content, search engine visibility, and recommendations, rather than being interrupted, as in traditional outbound marketing. Typical phases: Attract, Engage, Delight. Tools include SEO, content, social media, email, and marketing automation. At Waterproof Web Wizard, we build inbound structures for small and medium-sized businesses when the target audience is actively researching, for impulse purchases or highly emotional products, outbound marketing is often more effective. It’s all about the right mix.
