Online Reputation / ORM
What is online reputation management?
Online Reputation Management (ORM) is the active management of a brand’s public perception on the internet, including reviews on Google, ProvenExpert, kununu, Trustpilot, Reddit, industry forums, social media, and news portals. ORM includes monitoring, building reviews, responding to critical comments, and positioning content for your own topics in the SERP. At Waterproof Web Wizard, we don’t recommend sugarcoating issues, instead, we advocate for genuine problem-solving: actively collecting reviews, responding objectively to criticism, and truly resolving legitimate problems. A transparent culture of accountability is the best ORM tool.
