Site Audit

What is a site audit?

A site audit is a comprehensive technical review of a website, more extensive than a standard SEO audit. In addition to SEO factors, the audit also examines performance (Core Web Vitals), security (TLS, security headers, known vulnerabilities), accessibility (WCAG), GDPR compliance, the German Accessibility Act, crawl structure, and backend hygiene. At Waterproof Web Wizard, we recommend site audits before relaunches, after major updates, or in the event of an unexplained drop in traffic. A thorough audit report not only lists findings but also prioritizes actions based on risk and effort.
