What is TYPO3 extension development?

TYPO3 extension development involves creating custom extensions for TYPO3, based on Extbase, Fluid, PSR standards, and Symfony components. Extensions encapsulate functionality such as forms, products, filters, integrations, or entire modules. They are managed via Composer and tested against the respective TYPO3 LTS version.
