Topic Clusters

Definition: A content group consisting of a pillar page and several cluster pages on the same topic, all linked to one another so that search engines can recognize the depth of the topic.

Everyday analogy: Like a book series. The main book (pillar page) provides an overview, while the companion volumes delve deeper into individual aspects. Anyone who has read them all is considered an expert.

How we use it: In the Datennav concept, we design topic clusters based on GSC search queries. This delivers structural SEO benefits, not just luck with individual page rankings.
