USP (Unique Selling Proposition)

Definition: The one argument that sets your solution apart from all competitors. It must be relevant from the customer’s perspective, verifiable, and difficult to copy.

Everyday analogy: If every local bakery has “fresh rolls,” that’s not a USP. “Rolls from our own mill, made with grain from within a 30-km radius” is one.

How we use it: We refine the USP during every web design briefing. Without a clear USP, the website becomes generic, and generic sites don’t convert.
